Annual General Body Meeting held on 13.03.2016
Dr.Shashi Sewsurn, Secretary welcomed the members.
The Annual Accounts for the period from 01.01.2015 to 31.12.2015 was presented and accepted by the house.
The Management Committee for the year 2016-17 were elected in a cordial and congenial atmosphere. The following members were selected as officer bearers for 2016.

The House remembered the yeomen services of Dr.Kashyap, Rajshekhar G and Mr and Mrs.Shantaram, who have since left for India for Good.
The suggestions for future meetings were invited.
Dr.Sudharshan Sowdi, Dr.Ramanna, Mr.Madhusudhan Bhat, Dr.Jairaj Sewsurn, Dr.Veeresh Akki gave their valuable suggestions. Our senior members, Mr.Muralidhar Shenoy, Mr.Roshan Lewis gave talk about evolution of Kannada Sangha. Inclusion of Kannada Programme on MBC was suggested. It was decided that the programmes should be planned well in advance and all members should be communicated through SMS, Whatsapp group and gmail ids. All members were requested to participated in Whatsapp group to know the latest developments.
It was decided that we should meet at least once in two months and have interesting programmes like Health related talks, Song singing, Playing games and Housie Housie, picnics at different excursion spots.
Mr.Roshan Lewis, Mr.Muralidhar Shenoy, Dr.Veeresh Akki and Dr.Sudarshan Sowdi, Dr.Jairaj Sewsurn Dr.Shashi Sewsurn, Mr.Madhusudhan Bhat volunteered to sponsor lunches for the next four meetings.
The meeting ended with vote of thanks to all the members and followed by nutritious and sumptuous lunch.
